Credit scores are not the most important thing for us when we screen prospective tenants. We asses the overall risk of the tenant and accept those tenants that we feel will pay their rent on time and keep the property in good condition. Other large factors for us are employment, income, rental history, and overall stability of the tenant.

We do have an application fee of $45 per application. Our applications usually take 1 day to proccess.
