Brady Realty Group allows prospective tenants to apply online. Click on the property that you would like to apply for below:

Tenants have the ability to pay rent, application fees or security deposits online.

Recent changes have been made to our online payment system.  Instead of accessing it through our website, we have set up a private VIP portal for each tenant.  To access this portal please call the office at 702-818-5500 or email info@bradyrg.com, and they will send you an email that invites you to sign up for the online payment portal.

We are making this change to better apply tenant payments.  By logging on you will be able to see current statement and apply payments accordingly.

Credit scores are not the most important thing for us when we screen prospective tenants.  We asses the overall risk of the tenant and accept those tenants that we feel will pay their rent on time and keep the property in good condition.  Other large factors for us are employment, income, rental history, and overall stability of the tenant.

We do have an application fee of $45 per application.  Our applications usually take 1 day to proccess.
